The Crème (Creating Responsible Educated Minority Executives)
The purpose of the workshop is not only to enlighten and motivate others, but also further prepare individuals currently seeking internships, career opportunities, or collegiate acceptance. Unlike many awareness or training workshops, the topics of this workshop will be centered on real-life scenarios and experiences of the scheduled speakers. Students will have the opportunity to interact with current business leaders and other professional speakers that will be highlighting the situations faced by today’s business executives in a variety of professions throughout the world.
Our Approach: Thrive takes an in-depth look at the discrepancies that hinder minorities from becoming business executives in today’s world.
Our Vision: Thrive welcomes the involvement of various organizations to make this workshop effective and successful.
Our Mission: Thrive is dedicated to promoting the empowerment of minority youth that are seeking to become executives in the business world, instilling integrity, and preparing them for obstacles faced in today’s environment through mentorship, Non-traditional education, training, and hands-on situations.
